ToggleWHAT HAPPENED?
Yamal has arguably been one of the best performers at the Euros in Germany as he has led Spain to their first major final since 2012. The Spaniards will now take on England in Berlin to lift the prestigious trophy and Three Lions captain Harry Kane has admitted it will be 'difficult' to handle the Barcelona forward as he sent him birthday wishes.

WHAT KANE SAID
Speaking to the media, Kane said: "I want to wish him a happy birthday. He's a fantastic player. At 17 years old, to do this in a tournament like this says a lot about him. You can see that he plays without fear, with freedom, enjoying himself… He's going to be one of the most difficult players in the match. I want to congratulate him on what he's done so far."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Yamal has formed a terrifying partnership on the wings for La Roja with Athletic Club's Nico Williams and even Luke Shaw admitted that the duo have been very vital for Spain's success so far.
“I think Spain’s wingers have been unbelievable at this tournament, massive credit to them," said Shaw.
"But I don’t think we can focus too much on them – I think we have to focus on the whole team. We understand their threats, where their dangerous players are.”

WHAT NEXT FOR YAMAL?
The Barcelona winger's first clash as a 17-year-old will possibly be one of the most crucial ones of his career as he and Spain will take on England in the Euro final on July 14.
